From the transfer in/out with Valdas- kind and glentle man , very sympathic
The Hotel i liked very much - because its very good lokated - very good service - the room it was all times cleaned -and i'd a very very good buffet breakfast
And to me 5***** ( FIVE STAR SERVICE)it was - your guide Madalda!!!!!! Very sympathic , with a very good conversation - culturally developped
explained all history , and facts about your country - she make me wish come back in Lithuania , in orther to know the little villages and also
Klaipeda , Neringa , Kaunas ...
CONGRATULATIONS for your organization and your beautifull coutry and i hope that other portugueses can know how fantastic is Vilnius , Trakkai

I’ve just been talking to the agent who had the group Sparbanken. They where very pleased! Very pleased indeed. The group loved the hotels and as one of them said . I have never stayed at a nicer hotel!!
They loved the guide!! She is something special because all the groups who meet her just loves her! Therefore I want to have her for the groups as much as possible. Pls let her know they appreciated her and loved her engaging manner and kindness.
The Belmontas was a hit! They had enjoyed this immensely.

I’ve been talking to my group Tekninfo and they are very satisfied with the trip, hotel and the program. The guide they said was terrific and very nice. They really loved her!
They found two pearls so far = Vilnius and Kaunas, and they are already talking of returning for a combined conference and SPA trip next year!! I will stay in touch with them and they told me want me to handle their conference trips from now on.
